SONGBIRD RESTAURANT & BAR - Grill Chef
Songbird Restaurant & Bar is a modern dining destination in the heart of Canary Wharf, offering a refined menu that celebrates flavour, quality, and creativity. Our kitchen team focuses on premium ingredients, precision cooking, and seamless service — delivering memorable dining experiences every time.
We’re now seeking an Experienced Grill Chef to join our talented brigade and take charge of our grill section during busy service periods. As Grill Chef, you’ll be responsible for delivering perfectly cooked dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure every plate reflects our high standards.

We are looking for hard-working and motivated Restaurant Hosts, to join the team at our brand new restaurant, Songbird. The right candidate will be looking to join a dynamic team in a unique venue, offering an exceptional experience to our staff and visitors.
Our Hosts will work across all areas of our restaurant and bar operations, covering every aspect of service outside of management and kitchen. From welcoming and seating guests, to running food and drinks, assisting with guest queries, and bar service, this role is key to delivering a smooth and memorable experience

We are looking for an experienced, hard-working and motivated Deputy Facilities and Technical Manager to help lead the launch of the Canary Wharf Theatre (home to the world premiere of The Hunger Games: On Stage) and its on-site restaurant.
They will be an integral part in leading the project to fit out the venue, and build its health and safety / compliance system. They should be approachable and have good interpersonal skills.
