Troubadour Theatres Limited WEMBLEY PARK THEATRE

COVID-19 Policy

To ensure the safety of both our audiences and staff we have introduced a number of  measures, all of which are regularly reviewed and updated in line with government guidelines. Please read through the information below before your visit to the theatre.

OUR AUDIENCE:
We ask all audience members over the age of 11 wear a face covering for the duration of their visit, this can be lowered when eating or drinking.

Whilst we have returned to full capacity we ask that audience members are mindful of other groups when moving around the auditorium and foyer spaces.

If any of the party feel unwell, have experienced symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 10 days, or been told to self isolate they should not travel to the venue. Our box office team will do their best to assist at [email protected]

We are currently only accepting contactless payment, so please bring a card or mobile payment with you.

Our cloakroom remains closed, please only bring one small bag per person, which can be taken into the auditorium and kept under your seat.

WHAT WE’RE DOING:
We have an enhanced cleaning schedule, and all areas of the theatre are regularly sanitized and cleaned by our on-site team.

Hand sanitiser stations are available throughout the theatre.

We have a large, well ventilated, foyer space as well as an outdoor foyer area. Our auditorium has a ventilation system that allows air to be renewed 5 to 7 times per hour.

All of our security and ticket checks are contact free.
