Shout is the UK’s first 24/7 text service, for anyone in crisis anytime, anywhere. The service is supported by The Royal Foundation. Shout is powered by a team of volunteers, who were at the core of the event on Tue 12 November, with the Duke and Duchess meeting some of the service's 1,500 volunteers, during their visit, along with mental health campaigners.
